When your registration details are verified, we will issue your Export61 ID and Password. Once you received your login details you are subscribed.

You can now use your login details to access “My Export61” - your customised section within our Subscribers Area.

At My Export61 you can create and manage your company profile and on-line catalogue, select categories to be listed in, develop your corporate web site, post trade offers, view trade inquiries, read export tutorials, participate in Export61 workshops, communicate with other subscribers and much more.

2. Creating Company Profile
Once logged-in, you’ll see the Company Information Form, which you are required to complete. In addition to the information provided during the registration, you’ll need to provide your company description. You can also add company logo and banners.

You can upgrade your company profile at any time using “Add/Edit Company Info” link in the Export61 Management System, which located in the top right cornet of “My Export61” area.

3. Selecting Listing Categories
After your company profile is added, you should place your company into appropriate categories of the Supply Search. You’ll find the “Select/Change Listing Categories” link in the Export61 Management System.

Add your product range description into the appropriate window and simply select the categories and sub-categories you would like your company to be listed in.

4. Generating On-line Product Catalogue
Use the “Add & Edit Product Information” link in the Export61 Management System and complete the Product Form. After clicking “Submit” button, you’ll have a choice to upload the product image or to add the next product.

To upload an image, simply browse your computer, double-click on the appropriate file and press “Add Image Button”. Our team will format the image and place it into your product catalogue.

If you do not know AHECC numbers of your products use the “Help” symbol to allocate them.
