What Information do I need to provide
for registration?

How do I add information for the first
time?
To add information for the first time press “Subscribers area”
and Log on using your ID and password – the Company Information Form will open.
Add the data in the form and press ‘Submit’ button.
To supply Company Logo/Banner press the “Add Logo”/”Add Banner” button,
then press the “Browse” button in appeared pop up window, allocate
Company Logo/Banner file in your computer and press “Add Image” button.
What information do I need to provide to create my company profile?
To create your company profile at Export61 you need to confirm or change the
information provided in the Registration Form and provide company description.
How do I add Products?
In My Export61 click on the “Add/Edit Product Info” link in the menu and the Product
Information Form will open. Add the data in the form and press the ‘Submit’ button.
To add the next product press the “Add More Products” button.
To supply a product image press the “Add Image” button, then press the “Browse” button
in displayed pop up window, allocate the image file in your computer and press the “Add Image” button.
What information do I need to provide
to generate my on-line catalogue?
To generate your Export61 on-line catalogue you need to provide:
- Product name;
- AHECC Number;
- Price per Unit;
- Currency;
- Unit (e.g. kg, ton, L, crtn, bag, dozen);
- Gross Weight;
- Minimal Order;
- FCL Quantity (if applicable);
- Terms of Delivery;
- Packing (e.g. 6x1L PET bottles per carton; 20 kg plastic bag; 9 dozen per
carton; bulk);
- Availability;
- Shelf Life;
- Product Description.
The majority of the fields are optional.

from the top window select the Service Category you wish to be listed
in and press the button with the arrow facing downwards. Repeat the
above to be listed in more categories. When finished press the “Submit” button.
Can I edit or delete my information at
Export61?
You can change the information displayed at Export61 at any time. After registration
Export61 ID and password will be issued for your company. Use your ID and password
to log in My Export61 - your customised subscriber's area. In My Export61 you
can add, edit or delete any information about your company, products and services.
How do I edit my Company Profile?
In My Export61 click on the “Company Information” link in the menu, make changes and press the “Submit” button.
How do I edit Product Information?
In My Export61 click on the “Add/Edit Product Info” link in the menu, make changes and press the “Submit” button.
How do I remove my Company from the listing?
In My Export61 click on the “Add/Edit Service Info” link in the menu, from the bottom window select
the Service Category you wish to withdraw you company from and press the button with the arrow
facing upwards. Repeat the above to be withdrawn from more categories.
When finished press the “Submit” button.
What should I do if I forgot my login details?
If you ever forget or misplace your login details you can either complete a
simple "forgot your password" form or contact Export61 for assistance.
How many products can I display at Export61?
There is no limit. A number of products that are displayed at your on-line catalogue
at Export61 depends on the subscription package you have chosen. You can always
upgrade your subscription package on-line if necessary. If you want to display
a greater number of products then Export61 offers in standard packages a special
deal will be negotiated.
How much does it cost?
Export61 has various Subscription Packages from $550AU pa to $5,500AU pa
pa to satisfy every need. If you are a service provider you won't pay more then
$990AU pa. If you are an exporter - it is your choice to decide how many products
you want to display in your on-line catalogue. Depending on that the subscription
will cost you from $1,650AU pa to $5,500AU pa.
Chargeable period commences after 3 months trial.
No financial liability arises during the trial period.
You can terminate your subscription at any time without any obligation.
Will I pay additional commissions for
deals made through Export61?
There are no commissions or any other hidden charges. The only fee you are paying
for the whole year is your subscription fee. Subscription fee is not applicable
during a FREE trial period until 1.07.2003 - join Export61 today with no risk
and make your final decision about the subscription upon the results.
Can I terminate my subscription to Export61?
You may terminate the subscription at any time but you must notify Export61
by facsimile or e-mail of your decision to terminate the subscription.
However, the subscription fee paid by you is not refundable if the subscription
has been terminated by you or by Export61 as a cause of your breach of Export61
Terms and Conditions.
